Process flow of forging processing:

Material preparation: According to the production requirements, choose the appropriate material for forging processing. Mechanical processing: If subsequent processing of the forgings is required, such as punching, cutting, grinding, etc., it is necessary to use mechanical processing.       Mechanical machining can finely process the workpiece to achieve the required size and accuracy requirements.

Inspection: The finished workpiece is inspected to ensure that it meets the requirements.       Common inspection criteria include material quality, machining accuracy and dimensions.
